One of the most successful football club in Malaysian history. The challenge is to bring back this club to the track of glory again after five years of poor results on and off the field.
- 2011/2012-HEAD COACH-FC LOKOMOTIVA-Zagreb-1st division-Croatia
Mr. Tot took the FC Locomotive back to the top once the club in previous season had finished the race at the bottom. According to the media and the public they played the most attractive football in the league with Mr. Tot in charge. At that time he could proudly deliver three talents of his team and joining the national team of the country.
- 2010/2011-HEAD COACH-FC DINAMO Zagreb-1st division-Croatia
Experiencing Europe League group, playing against PAOK-Greece under collaboration with manager V. Halilhodžic as a great experience. Placed in same group as Club Brugge-Belgium and Vilarreal-Spain. Mr. Tot took over the team after a while and introduced an offensive philosophy and won the championship and the cup and successfully finished the season.
- 2008/2009-ASSISTANT COACH-FC RIJEKA-1st division-Croatia
Being an assistant manager to Mr. Rubcic, he was in charge of tactics, thus contributing to the teams’ greatest success (finishing 3rd in the championship). 14 successive wins at home had never before occurred. The team played in Luxemburg and Ukraine for placement in Europe League. Some players (brothers Sharbini) made a record transfer of that year.
- 2007/2008-HEAD COACH- Women ‘A’ National Football Team-Croatia
Women football in Croatia is not appreciated enough because of lack of tradition. Invited to start reforms and raise a level of quality, he worked hard, and results are visible even today. He led the team during two cycles of qualifications for Euro, in Sweden and Turkey.
